Navisphere Server Utility 29.0

Navisphere Server Utility is a host-based tool used in Fibre Channel and iSCSI environments to streamline host-to-storage integration for Navisphere-managed arrays. It discovers local initiators, registers them with the storage system, and helps ensure the correct host profile and failover settings are applied so LUNs are presented and multipathed reliably.

Key capabilities:

• Discovers and displays host bus adapters and identifiers (WWNs/iSCSI IQNs)
• Registers initiators with the storage array and associates them to the host record
• Assists with host type and failover/multipathing configuration to prevent pathing issues
• Triggers storage rescans so newly assigned LUNs appear without a reboot
• Provides basic connectivity checks and log collection for troubleshooting
• Offers both interactive and scriptable (CLI) workflows for consistent deployment
